Rose didn't know she had a superpower called a 'spark' inside of her. She just thought that she was lucky. When she figured that out, half her power was already stolen by someone with a curse-branding spark. It's up to her and a gaggle of other 'half sparks' to go after this cursed spark user through the streets of Dallas/Fort Worth, and get their sparks back to their original powers.
