Chapter 1 - Awake

When she first woke up, Lacey didn't open her eyes immediately. She recalled the delicious food at the school year dance last night.

The school year dance is a grand event held by Knox Magic Academy at the end of each year. Lacey was born in poverty, without a boyfriend or a formal dress. She just entered the school this year and just wanted to experience a real dance, so she crustily skin of head squeezed into the auditorium.

Well, although I couldn't dance on that exquisite dance floor, it was enough to have delicious desserts.

Lacey turned around and felt sore all over her body as if she had been run over by a carriage. It was strange. She hadn't danced last night, so how could she be tired and sore?

She opened her eyes in a daze and saw a handsome face that looked a little familiar. Suddenly, the whole person was awake.

The person next to her pillow has long black hair, a deep outline, a cold temperament, and slightly wrinkled eyebrows, which look like those gloomy dark elves in western forests. His eyelashes trembled gently under the ups and downs of breathing, revealing somewhat undefended laziness, which was completely different from his sternness and horror in class.

"No way..." Lacey could not help whispering.

Adonis.

Professor of Astronomy and Dean of Astrology College, although he looks very young, he has taught in Magic College for more than ten years. He is a great magic tutor who teaches difficult theoretical courses and is famous for his harshness and ruthlessness. He is also the person Lacey has feared most for the whole school year.

Give Lacey ten guts, and she may not dare to wander in Adonis class, let alone sleep with him.

Lacey couldn't help moving her body again. This time, she felt a powerful hand falling near her waist and buttocks, and her cool fingertips rubbed between her buttocks. It tickles, but she can't scratch it. The other person's body is tightly attached to her, and the friction between her thighs makes her soreness more obvious.

"Well..." The other party let out a low sigh, and then slowly woke up.

After Adonis opened his eyes and saw Lacey, he was stunned for several seconds.

Lacey saw him frown and slowly changed back to his serious and indifferent expression. He was in a hurry and immediately said, "I don't have any infectious diseases! If... that, if you want to know..."

She looked at Adonis's handsome face, which was so close that her tone became weaker and weaker, and finally, she couldn't say anything.

Adonis lifted the quilt and propped it up.

Lacey felt something slowly pulling away from her lower body in horror, causing pain all over her body. After that thing was pulled out, the viscous liquid accumulated in the middle of the night flowed out of her secret place.

Lacey clamped his legs for fear of soiling the bed.

"Why are you here?" Adonis snapped his fingers and his coat flew from the living room sofa.

Lacey felt that his tone of asking this was the same as that of asking "Why did you fail?" She was immediately unintelligent and could only answer in a low voice with her head down: "I don't know either."

Adonis frowned and dressed.

"I don't know?"

Lacey felt that her heart was going to jump out of her voice. She almost cried: "I don't know. I only remember that after the dance, I went back to the dormitory alone and woke up with you."

Adonis saw her lying naked in her bed with a grief-stricken expression on her face and felt that such a question was a bit too much.

"You get dressed first." He got up and left the bedroom, closing the door before leaving. "I'll wait for you outside."

Lacey felt that her brain was empty than when she took the astronomy exam, and she didn't know how she struggled to find her clothes from under the bed and on the ground, then put them on, and then staggered out of the bedroom.

Adonis is waiting for her in the living room, where the layout is as cold and severe as his.

The four walls are dark gray, and the furniture is mostly silver blue and metallochrome. The chandelier hangs very low, and there are countless blue fireflies in the bulb. There are two rows of high bookshelves on both sides of the sofa in the living room, just like those in the college library, which are full of incomprehensible magic materials.

Adonis took a potion to sober up, although he didn't think he was drunk.

"Sit down." He said calmly.

Lacey sat opposite him reluctantly.

Adonis cast several detection spells on her, and then told her: "There is no magic effect, this is something you and I volunteered to do."

"OK... OK." Whatever you say is what you say.

Adonis frowned again. "What's your name?"

"..." Lacey was silent for a long time. "My name is Lacey, and I am your student..."

"I know, you are wearing the department uniform of Astrology College." Adonis kept the harsh tone, "Which class are you in?"

"Elementary ordinary class..." Lacey replied weakly.

She thought it was a dark interrogation.

"I haven't seen you much."

"I have never missed a class!" Lacey immediately panicked, "I am one point short of passing the final exam of astronomy this time! It may be that my position is relatively backward, you didn't notice..."

Ordinary classes are different from those noble elite classes. They all attend classes in large classrooms, with a large number of people. It is impossible to remember every student at a glance.

Adonis also did not know how they talked from "one-night stand" to "truancy". He felt that he had to make it clear.

"All right." He interrupted, "As I said just now, we should think that no one is affected by magic, so you can treat it as an ordinary... accident. Go back to the dormitory to wash, and remember not to be late."

"Don't be late", this exhortation is his style.

Now that he has made a decision, Lacey is afraid to say anything more, so she can only walk out awkwardly.

Before leaving, Adonis cast magic on her to be invisible for some time. He should not want anyone to see the female students in and out of his room.

Adonis drank the sober-up potion and went back to the bedroom to clean up the mess of last night. He hates his things being touched by others, let alone sharing a bed with others.

He was thinking about whether to change all the sheets and pillowcases, but suddenly he saw small pieces of blood and scratches on the sheets.

It's suspicious.

These traces look too intense, and the bedroom is full of traces of struggle and resistance, which is not like voluntary sex at all.

Adonis recalled Lacey's panic and pain and felt more and more that something might be wrong last night. But he can't remember what happened last night, so he can only give up for a while.

******************

Lacey almost crawled back to her dormitory.

She glanced at the cuckoo clock, and there was still one hour to start class, so she cheered up and went to the bathroom to take a bath.

Fortunately, she lives in a single dormitory. If she has a roommate, she will have to explain why she does stay out all night.

Knox Magic Academy is the best magic academy in the whole empire, recruiting any young girl with magic talent over the age of 18. Although there is no threshold limit, there are elite classes in the college, and the class is very strict.

The whole magic school is divided into four departments: Astrology, Alchemy Department, Elemental Magic Department, and Summoning Department.

Most of the students in the Alchemy Department enter the military industry, while the Elemental Magic Department will become a battle mage galloping on the battlefield. The Summoning Department is even more popular in all walks of life. Only Astrology can be occupied, and it is always said to be a cheat.

Lacey longed for the legendary court astrologer Carl Muse from an early age. She spent a lot of time and energy, endured many supercilious looks, and finally entered the Astrology of Knox Magic Academy at the age of eighteen.

But after studying here for a year, she regretted it- Astrology didn't teach how to predict the future at all.

Her schedule is full, which is full of profound theoretical courses such as advanced mathematics, astronomy, physics, ancient magic language, and abstract magic principles. Professors are either as harsh and ruthless as Adonis or as boring as math problems.

Considering the dazzling battles of the Elemental Magic Department, the lively and interesting enchantments of the Summoning Department, and the convenient props of the Alchemy Department, Lacey always felt that he had made the wrong decision at the beginning.

But what's the use of regretting? How to live or how to live in the future.

Lacey washed her body hard and wanted to put the absurd night behind her, but her thoughts lingered.

Astronomy taught by Adonis is a compulsory course in astrology colleges and an elective course in other colleges. Every time the school starts, a large number of freshmen always apply for this course in Adonis's face, but they are discouraged by most of them before the semester.

Because this class is too difficult, and Adonis is too inhuman.

As a student of Astrology College, Lacey has no choice.

When she failed astronomy by one point, she thought to herself, "There must be nothing more terrible in the world". I didn't think there was, that is, waking up from Adonis's bed.

The cuckoo sent out a reminder that there was still half an hour to go to class.

Lacey turned off the water and examined her body in front of the mirror. Her whole body was covered with rough sex marks, her waist and thighs were blue and purple, and her nipple was even bitten and bleeding.

"Why is this happening?" Lacey cannot recall what happened last night.

She found some medicine to smear on herself, packed up her homework books, and went straight to class.
