The room was silent. Neither Lokei nor Sun Yunso said anything. The possibility that Shuzoh would go after his father lingered between them. Then Chu Runar finally spoke.
"Well, it's obvious the guy is going to die."
Sun Yunso turned to him slowly.
"Why?"
Chu Runar looked at him calmly.
"Because Shuzoh is practically sending himself to his own grave. Assuming they'll even have enough of him left to bury. The guy is going after the Huo Clan Head. And just so you know, the Huo Family is the strongest of the Four Great Families. They've held that position for the past decade anyway. And it all started when the current clan head, Huo Yusaih, took over."
"Because of his power?" Sun Yunso asked.
Chu Runar nodded and crossed his arms over his chest.
"Whatever Shuzoh thinks he's going to do, he's walking straight into the arms of a monster."
"So you're saying there's no hope at all?" Sun Yunso asked.
Chu Runar shrugged.
"If Huo Yusaih is as strong as they say he is... Shuzoh isn't ambushing his father. He's dueling the strongest man of the Four Great Families."
Lokei indicated agreement.
"He's right."
Sun Yunso turned his gaze towards him.
"Remember the four-way stalemate and those flames that engulfed the flower garden?"
Sun Yunso nodded.
"I do; they were incredibly hot and there were moments when I had trouble breathing because of the heat."
Lokei gave a small nod in confirmation.
"Same here, but I actually had the misfortune to be in the line of fire; when those flames licked at my skin it felt as if the sun itself was trying to cook me."
He exhaled.
"For a fleeting moment I even feared that I was going to die; seeing as those were none other than Huo Shuzoh's flames."
Lokei paused and released a small chuckle.
"But apparently those flames are not the strongest that the Huo family has to offer."
"What do you mean?" Sun Yunso asked in confusion.
Lokei turned his gaze towards him.
"It is said that within the Huo family the Clan head Huo Yusaih apparently has flames even surpass the sun."
At his words, Sun Yunso's expression darkened.
"That is impossible; the sun is the hottest natural entity we know of and nothing can possibly be hotter than it."
"I know; in fact, when I first heard that particular rumor I laughed at it thinking it was just that, a rumor. But even so, after hearing that particular piece of information I couldn't help but wonder, whether there is anything that can surpass the power of the sun."
Sun Yunso remained silent as he mulled over what he had just heard.
"If that rumor is true, it could very well mean that Huo Yusaih is not human after all. That's because if his flames truly surpass the power of the sun, then he is no more than a living supernova. And if it isn't true, then perhaps that man still possesses enough power at least to burn up all of his surroundings with his mere presence."
Sun Yunso stared at him while Lokei gave a small smirk.
"Maybe even this planet."
The room fell silent once more as Sun Yunso studied Lokei.
For the first time since learning of Huo Yusaih's existence, the prospect of his challenge didn't seem quite as daunting.
Lokei shook his head.
"Just the thought of someone possessing such power makes me pity those who would stand to fight that kind of a person, especially Huo Shuzoh."
He gave a small sigh.
"After all, their so-called victory banquet is nothing more than a cooking pot in which they will fry themselves."
Sun Yunso remained silent but the thought Lokei planted in his head was by no means gone. Lokei was not wrong about him either, if that man really could surpass the power of the sun, then the battle against him would be no different from certain death.
There was another thing that Lokei did not seem to understand, namely the fact that Sun Yunso was the one destined to fight Huo Yusaih, and his revenge demanded that he would not do so, not out of any desire to do so, but rather out of duty.
That was why his jaw clenched and he even unconsciously ground his teeth, causing a metallic ring to echo inside the room. Both Lokei and Chu Runar gave him a strange look.
"Yunso?" Chu Runar asked.
"What's wrong?"Lokei asked.
Sun Yunso closed his eyes for a moment, his expression darkening, but the feeling soon passed.
"Nothing."
As he opened his eyes, he saw that Lokei's gaze was still fixed on him, but he chose to ignore it and instead turned to face Chu Runar.
"You said there were two possible outcomes for Shuzoh."
Chu Runar raised an eyebrow.
"Ah yeah."
Before the man could say anything else however, Lokei raised his hand in a gesture of silence.
"Oh, that one, I'll tell you."
He shifted slightly as he leaned forward.
Sun Yunso turned towards him and his expression became serious.
"The second possibility for Shuzoh is that he will be captured by the Armada."
Sun Yunso's gaze narrowed.
"The Armada?" he said, surprised.
Lokei simply nodded.
Chu Runar crossed his arms.
"Presumably they have already caught wind of the events at the wedding. If they have deemed Shuzoh a threat, they will most likely not let him simply walk away."
A moment of silence followed as the gravity of his words settled in.
First Huo Yusaih. Now the Armada, either way, it was clear that Huo Shuzoh was treading on thin ice and Sun Yunso had the uneasy feeling that he wouldn't be the only one walking away from this business alive.
Chu Runar fell silent for a while before finally heaving himself back in his chair.
"So, since we are talking about the Armada, I reckon you should probably know what they are."
Sun Yunso turned to him.
"What are they?"
Lokei gave Sun Yunso a puzzled look.
"Are you really asking me this?"
Sun Yunso shook his head.
Chu Runar sighed.
"The Armada is not some clan or militia; they are an intelligence agency."
"An intelligence agency?"
Sun Yunso asked as he stared at him.
"Information. The Armada collects, protects, and utilizes information. They survey the four great families, keep files on Seijinists, investigate any possible incidents related to Seijinism, keep tabs on criminals, collect testimonies. Handle any cases which the ordinary authorities are not able to handle."
Sun Yunso listened intently.
"So they are investigators?"
"That's only part of their job description; they also have personnel stationed all around the world. Informants, investigators, spies, scouts, and specialists of different disciplines, you name em’.”
Lokei crossed his arms over his chest as he also added:
"And they don't necessarily have to be in the same location as you in order to know what you get up to."
Chu Runar nodded.
"Indeed, and that is where their true power comes from. Their strength does not lie in their personnel, but in the information they possess."
Sun Yunso remained silent for a moment before he spoke.
"If someone gains enough power to the point that they become a target, the Armada will start collecting information on them. Everything from their name, skills, acquaintances, and movements. Hell, even weaknesses."
"So they surveil people," Sun Yunso stated.
"No, they surveil everyone," Chu Runar chuckled. "At least, those they deem as worthwhile."
Lokei crossed his arms over his chest.
"And if they decide that someone has gotten too powerful, they call upon the Koga Black Ops."
Sun Yunso turned to him.
"The Koga Black Ops? What are they?"
"The special forces of The Armada," replied Lokei Yoshe. "The Koga Black Ops are an elite unit of infiltrators, pursuers, enforcers, and killers."
Sun Yunso remained silent as Chu Runar leaned back in his chair.
"So when I told you that Shuzoh has two ways of dying, I wasn't exaggerating. Either the man dies at the hands of Huo Yusaih, or he dies at the hands of the Armada."
Sun Yunso was silent for a long while as he let the information sink in. The words of the Armada and the black ops organization stuck with him like burrs. The Armada, an intelligence agency that kept information on everyone, from Seijinists to criminals, from incidents to the four great families.
That they had a wealth of knowledge that rivaled even the four great families was no surprise, Sun Yunso had never heard of them before because he had spent his life in isolation, being trained by his master. His master taught him how to fight and forge weapons, but there were many things in this world that Sun Yunso knew nothing about. And now, one thought consumed his mind.
'Do they know about Master Su Qing?'
His eyes darkened as he stared ahead.
If they are keeping tabs on important incidents, then they must know something about his master's murder. Perhaps they know who did it, or at least why the Four Great Families decided to brand his name a criminal.
His thoughts churned.
'What about the fallen Supreme Chancellor?'
He was the second most powerful figure in the city, right beneath the Four Great Families. Yet the circumstances surrounding his untimely death had always been shrouded in mystery in Yunso's opinion.
'Do they know who killed him as well?'
His fingers curled into fists.
'Do they know why the Four Great Families made up the lie about Master Su Qing? Do they know what really happened all those years ago that led to his execution?'
For the first time in a while, Yunso's expression softened. He no longer thought of revenge, but of something else entirely. Answers. Now the only question was how he would get them.
Would he simply walk into the agency and ask them? If he could, he would imagine himself standing face to face with the mysterious organization.
"Hello, I'd like to ask for your help in investigating my master's murder."
His lips twitched.
'That was a ridiculous thing to say,'
He needed another plan, a more subtle way of contacting them. He turned to his companions, neither of whom seemed to have any idea about the thoughts whirring in his brain. As he looked at them, he came to one conclusion.
'If the Armada knows as much as they claim to know, then I need to think of a way to contact them. If they are truly as powerful as you claim, then I need to find a way to contact them as well.'
Sun Yunso opened his mouth to speak but the door suddenly opened. Sa Wayong walked in the door carrying a small tray containing two cups of tea on it. She gasped in surprise when her eyes landed on Yunso and she stopped right there.
"Oh. Sun Yunso?"
She glanced at the two tea cups, then at Yunso.
"I didn't... expect for you to be here. I would've made another cup had I known..." she trailed off, her face slightly flushed with embarrassment.
Sun Yunso merely shook his head.
"It's alright. After all, as you said, you didn't expect for me to be here, now did you?"
Sa Wayong nodded her thanks before setting the tray down. Lokei immediately caught the scent and inhaled deeply.
"So that's been the lovely aroma that's been wafting around the place."
Chu Runar picked up one of the cups while giving the cup a good sniff before giving a smile.
"That sure does smell nice."
Lokei picked up the last cup.
"Doesn't it?"
The two men took a sip of their respective teas while Sun Yunso observed them for a few seconds before clearing his throat.
"As I was saying, we can't just leave him to die. How about we go and at least try to help him out a bit?"
Chu Runar promptly spat out his tea everywhere, much to Lokei's dismay who had the misfortune of being soaked in hot tea.
"HOT!"
Lokei began hopping around while frantically shaking his clothes trying to get rid of the hot liquid while yelling.
"Runar!"
Chu Runar gave him a dumbfounded look.
"Sorry but, I wasn't expecting Yunso to say what he said!"
"That doesn't excuse you for spitting all your tea on me!"
Sa Wayong covered her mouth trying to stifle her giggles while Sun Yunso merely watched the spectacle happen.
"Are you finished yet?"
Lokei stopped hopping around but his clothes still steamed a bit before he turned to Yunso.
"You just casually threw the idea of us saving a man that is without a doubt walking to his death to probably the most powerful Seijinist in the world!"
Sun Yunso nodded his head.
"Yes."
Chu Runar wiped his mouth clean of any tea that might have been on it.
"And you thought now was a good time to say that, didn't you?"
"Yes."
Lokei just stared at him deadpan before sighing.
"...Of course you did."
Sa Wayong quickly got a towel from the nearby table and walked over to Lokei.
"H-Here."
Lokei took the towel and began wiping himself, thanking Sa Wayong while staring at Sun Yunso who was currently silent.
"Are you serious?"
Lokei stared at him.
"Are you not at all worried about the fact that you're wanting us to go save Huo Shuzoh from his strong father and the Huo Clan Head, with the risk of dying? Or are you just being stubborn?"
Everyone was silent. They turned to look at Lokei. Lokei blinked a few times.
"What's with the looks? Why are you guys staring at me like that?"
Chu Runar took out his cup
"I'm with you on this one." He said, taking another sip of tea "We don't actually know Shuzoh. We barely got along with him during the fight to create our little 'team' and he's just some ally that we barely know about."
Lokei nodded in agreement.
"Right. So I don't intend to waste my life trying to save someone that I barely know. Kick me out of the rescue squad already. There isn't even a rescue squad to begin with."
Chu Runar blinked and stared at the tea in his hand.
"And that's why I'm giving my letter of resignation before the rescue squad even exists."
Lokei rubbed his temple.
"This is absurd."
Sa Wayong silently watched the interaction unfold with a quiet expression while Yunso, on the other hand, remained completely serious.
"I didn't ask you to risk your lives."
Lokei dropped the towel and stared at him.
"You told us to go save a man that is about to face the strongest Seijinist on earth!"
"I told you to at least help him."
Lokei stared at him.
"...That's even worse.”
Lokei continued wiping the rest of the tea off his clothes, while Chu Runar calmly took another sip from his cup, as if nothing had happened.
Sun Yunso stared at them. He saw their point; they weren't wrong. Huo Shuzoh was going to try to reach Huo Clan Head, a man said to have flames that could rival the sun itself. It would be suicide to get in his way, but there was something they weren't considering.
"You guys are right. We don't know him, and we don't owe him anything. But that's why I want to go." Lokei's eyes widened in surprise.
"What?"
"Huo Shuzoh isn't the only one after him now. The Armada is already looking for him." Sun Yunso clenched his fist, his right arm twitching slightly. "And if the Armada gets him before he reaches his father, then we'll never know what happens next."
Lokei frowned.
"What does that have to do with anything?"
Sun Yunso didn't answer straight away; he looked down at his restored right arm.
"It's because Huo Shuzoh might be the only lead I have as to where Huo Yusaih is going. Huo Yusaih, or the Huo Clan head, is the man I'm supposed to kill."
This finally got through to them. Chu Runar slowly set his cup down on the table. Lokei looked serious, while Sun Yunso glanced at his right arm.
"If Shuzoh gets to him first, then I might never find another lead. So I'm not asking you to save him because he's your friend. I'm asking because he might lead me to the man I've been searching for."
Lokei, Chu Runar, and Sa Wayong all stared at Sun Yunso, their expressions were pretty much the same.. All three of them had their eyes wide, as if they weren't quite sure if they heard him right.
It took a few seconds before Lokei finally spoke.
"Wait, let me get this straight. You said what?"
"You didn't hear me?" Sun Yunso asked.
"No, we heard you. We just want to make sure we heard you right."
Sun Yunso frowned, he thought about it for a moment, before nodding.
"Okay, so you heard me. I said that we don't know Huo Shuzoh, and we don't owe him anything. But that the Armada is already after him, and if they get him before he reaches his father, then we'll never know what happens next. Huo Shuzoh might be the only lead I have as to where Huo Yusaih is going and...""
"Stop." Lokei Yoshe suddenly said.
Sun Yunso stopped..
"We heard you. We just want to hear the last part again."
Sun Yunso blinked.
"The last part?"
"Yes." Chu Runar said as he simply nodded. "Specifically the part where you said something about Huo Yusaih."
It took a while but eventually Sun Yunso finally understood what they wanted to hear.
"I said Huo Yusaih is the man I'm supposed to kill."
Lokei Yoshe's mouth actually fell open. Chu Runar stared at him, while Sa Wayong's eyes nearly popped out of his socket.
Sun Yunso just looked between the three of them.
"...What?"
Lokei slowly lowered the towel in his hand. "You said you're supposed to kill the Huo Clan Head?"
"Yes."
Lokei Yoshe stared at him for a few seconds, before he turned to look at Chu Runar, and then to Sa Wayong, and finally back at Yunso.
"Why the hell are you saying that so casually?"
Sun Yunso's expression had begun to change. The calm that used to reside on his face was vanishing, as he stared at the ground in front of him.
"It is because of my master."
There was silence in the room as Lokei's expression softened.
Chu Runar halted where he stood, and even Sa Wayong seemed to freeze in place.
Sun Yunso took a breath.
"His name was Su Qing. He was the one that raised me to be who I am, the one that taught me how to carry a sword before I even understood what one was."
A look of happiness flickered across his face
"He taught me how to forge steel, how to endure, and how to think. He was also the closest thing to a father that I ever had."
His expression changed again, and the happiness vanished.
"Until the day he was killed, by unknown people, because he had been marked as a wanted criminal. A criminal he did not turn out to be. That's because of a reward that was put out for his head, by people he had trusted" He spoke in a steady voice but there was something in it now, something that had not been there before, something cold and bitter.
"They claimed that it was justice, that he had been a monster that had lost his life due to his crimes, but I did not believe them because I knew my master. Knew that he was not what they made him out to be, that he had not been a criminal, that he had spent time raising me when he did not have to."
His voice cracked slightly as he spoke.
"And the man that had ordered his death was none other than Huo Yusaih. I have spent all this time searching for him, for answers. Every step that I have taken since his death has been for this single purpose, and now that I finally have this opportunity, I will not let it slip away."
His voice had dropped to a whisper now, as he stared at the ground.
"Why did he have to die? And when I learn why"
His eyes snapped open again, his expression hard as stone
"I'll kill him."
The words were not loud, there was no anger in them, only a quiet finality that sent shivers down one's spine.
"That is what my revenge will be."
He looked up at the three of them.
"So if Huo Shuzoh is really going after his father then I'm going after him too."
Sa Wayong was the first to recover. She even seemed to have forgotten her anger.
"That's...a tragic tale, I'm afraid I can't imagine myself in your position at all," she said and after a long pause, she turned to Yunso. "Even if it won't make much of a difference to you at the moment, I'm nonetheless truly sorry...and that goes for my condolences as well."
Sun Yunso gave a short nod after gazing at her for a moment.
"Thank you."
Lokei let out a sigh.
"Yup, she's right. That is a tragic story. But that won't change a thing, believe me. You're just playing with fire by trying to challenge him right now. Even if all the things we said about Huo Yusaih were nothing but rumors, that man isn't exactly weak either. I think it'd be better if you waited until you were truly confident that you could beat him. Because if it weren't for us telling you about his ability, you would've surely charged at him already, unaware of the situation at hand,"
Lokei Yoshe added as he placed a hand on Sun Yunso's shoulder.
"That's not bravery, that's stupidity."
He gave Sun Yunso's shoulder a light squeeze.
"Just wait until you're stronger, then maybe you'll have a chance to actually hurt him. But till then, you're just an insignificant insect crawling on his back."
Silence filled the room. Sun Yunso was motionless, his eyes fixed on his now-healed hand. He did not protest, for he realized Lokei was right. Lokei walked to the door, but the heavy footfalls of Chu Runar caught his attention.
"Hey! Where do you think you're going?"
Lokei did not turn around.
"Somewhere."
"It's not like I'm stupid, now answer me properly."
"It is the only answer you're getting."
With that, Lokei proceeded to the door, and Chu Runar gave a sigh.
"Come on…Lokei, just tell us."
Lokei paused and his shoulders sagged.
"You really are annoying."
"Indeed I am,"
Chu Runar chuckled.
Lokei turned around.
"Very well then."
He turned to the others.
"I'm going back to my hometown."
Sun Yunso looked up, surprised.
"Your...hometown?"
Like him, Lokei was not from Meizou. Neither was Chu Runar, for that matter, but there was no telling about Sa Wayong. But it appeared Lokei's answer was not a surprise to everyone.
"Yup, my hometown is in Yokai City."
There was a stunned silence as Sun Yunso gaped at his friend. Sa Wayong looked surprised as well, but Chu Runar's reaction was the most remarkable of all. His eyes widened in shock as he shot up from his chair.
Chu Runar looked at Lokei with widened eyes.
"Did you just say Yokai City?!"
Lokei looked at him.
"Yeah."
"You're actually from Yokai City?"
"Yes."
Sa Wayong tilted her head slightly
"W-What's so special about this Yokai City?"
Lokei gave her a look
"You've never been there?"
She shook her head.
Lokei sighed.
"Then I guess you wouldn't know."
Sun Yunso listened silently as Lokei spoke.
"Yokai City is one of the largest cities in Ketura, a place where merchants from across the continent meet. The rich have their own district, markets that operate 24/7, and trade deals that make nations rise and fall, that's just the surface. Beneath all of that lies the true heart of Yokai City, the underground markets, information peddlers, criminal organizations, illegal auctions, and weapon dealing syndicates. Basically if you can imagine it, that's probably found in Yokai City."
Chu Runar nodded.
"Yokai City has everything then, assuming you have enough money to buy them."
Lokei looked towards Yunso.
"That's why it's dangerous."
Sun Yunso slowly processed the information Lokei gave him, and what he was implying. The city is a land of opportunity for those who seek it, for those who need to escape their past. For those who want to end someone's life.
"That's Yokai City.
Sun Yunso stayed silent, thinking. A place that was unfathomable for him to even think of visiting, much less inhabit, was now within his grasp. A place where the whole world converged into a single location. Chu Runar suddenly stopped paying attention to Lokei's words. He looked from Lokei's face to his clothing and back again, realization dawning on him.
"...Wait."
Lokei looked at him.
"What?"
"You're from Yokai City."
"Yes."
"And your name is Lokei Yoshe."
"Yes."
Chu Runar looked at him for a few more seconds before smacking his palm against his forehead.
"How could I not notice this sooner?"
Lokei raised an eyebrow at him.
"Your name and surname, the way it was structured, even the way you carry yourself and act! I should've known the second I met you at the wedding!"
Lokei gave him a strange look.
"You figured out nothing from my name."
"I know! That's why I'm annoyed!"
Sa Wayong stifled a giggle behind her hand, while Sun Yunso just watched the interaction unfold. Chu Runar eventually stopped and sighed, looking back at Lokei.
"Now that you've explained everything, since you're from Yokai City, take us with you."
Lokei blinked at him.
"Us?"
Chu Runar gestured at himself, Sa Wayong, and Sun Yunso. Lokei Yoshe looked at the three of them
"You want me to take you to Yokai City?"
"Yes."
"Why?"
Chu Runar grinned.
"Because I've never been there, and apparently neither have these two. Besides, I think we all need a vacation from everything that happened."
Lokei sighed.
"You people are something else."
Chu Runar grinned.
"So does that mean yes?"
"...I didn't say that."
"Close enough."
Sa Wayong slowly raised her hand.
"Um..."
The banter between Chu Runar and Lokei instantly ceased. Sa Wayong looked between the two of them.
"What about Huo Shuzoh?"
Chu Runar blinked, Lokei Yoshe stiffened and Sun Yunso's face remained impassive, but even he was aware of the slip. Sa Wayong lowered her hand slightly.
"W-We were just talking about him, weren't we?"
Nobody responded. Chu Runar slowly turned to face Lokei, and then Lokei in turn faced him and then both looked towards Sun Yunso. It was Sun Yunso who finally answered.
"...We were."
"Wow, we really forgot about him," said Chu Runar lightly.
Sa Wayong nodded.
"Pretty quickly..."
Lokei shot a glance toward the door.
"Huo Shuzoh is probably outside walking straight to Huo Yusaih."
Chu Runar's expression darkened.
"And we just began to plan our little trip to Yokai City. That's actually terrible."
Lokei nodded.
"Very."
Sun Yunso said nothing.
Just a few minutes ago they had discussed nothing else but Huo Shuzoh. His very existence had dominated their every word. From the circumstances of his disappearance to the chase after his father; from the possibility of his murder to the Armada capturing him alive. Whether they should follow him or not. Everything had revolved around him, and right up until Lokei brought up Yokai City, it had all been forgotten the moment he was mentioned.
Sa Wayong turned to Yunso.
"Shouldn't we do something?"
She was right. Whatever it was they were going to do about Yokai City could wait. Huo Shuzoh could not.
Lokei sighed.
"Right. Before anyone goes off to pack their things..."
Chu Runar gave a slow nod.
"We will find out what we're going to do about Shuzoh."
Lokei shot a glance at Yunso.
"Because if we do decide to rescue that idiot...I think I may have something of a lead."
The others turned to face him. Sun Yunso's eyes narrowed.
"What kind of lead?"
"It may very well involve Yokai City."
Chu Runar groaned.
"Of course it does."
Lokei ignored him.
"I'm not completely certain, but I believe I've heard of one particular gathering being held there shortly."
Sun Yunso listened carefully.
"Who's gathering?"
"A meeting of ten clan heads. Heads of state of famous families in Ketura."
"The Four Great Families as well?" Chu Runar asked.
Lokei nodded.
"Each of their heads will be there."
Sa Wayong quietly listened.
"The meeting is about succession, right?"
"Succession?" Chu Runar asked.
"The next heads of their respective clans," said Lokei.
He looked towards Yunso.
"Their sons and daughters. Those who are expected to inherit the families. So if Huo Shuzoh somehow survives his fight with his father, there's a very good chance he will be there as well," said Sun Yunso.
"Right. If Huo Yusaih survived his fight with his son, then he may very well have reason to take him to Yokai City."
Chu Runar raised an eyebrow.
"Why would he want Shuzoh?"
"Because Huo Zin is dead," said Sun Yunso.
There was a pause as the realization of his words settled in.
"Huo Zin was the eldest son of Huo Yusaih, correct?" Chu Runar asked.
"Yes," said Lokei. "His death has left an opening in the Huo Clan, and if Huo Yusaih wishes to name Shuzoh as his heir, he may decide to take him to Yokai City," finished Sun Yunso.
Chu Runar said nothing. It was possible. It wasn't certain, and it certainly was not definitive, but it had some weight to it. Lokei looked toward Yunso.
"Of course, there is another possibility as well. Huo Yusaih could go with his youngest son instead of Huo Shuzoh."
"Meaning Shuzoh may not be there at all," added Chu Runar.
"Right. But if he is, then Yokai City may be our best chance to find him."
Sun Yunso's gaze hardened. For the first time since hearing of the city, Yokai City was no longer just a goal. It was a lead.
"Then I guess it's settled. We're going to Yokai City." Sun Yunso added.
This made everyone look at him. Lokei Yoshe just glared, Sa Wayong gave a shy smile and Chu Runar–he was the most excited of the four of them, even jumping so high he almost touched the ceiling.
