After spending a year chained up in a cellar, Naudia is rescued by Matthew, a wealthy traveler passing through the sleepy town of Silverbank. Together, they embark on a road trip across the United States to steer clear of her captor. With every stop they make, Naudia is plagued by her past and the large network of people hunting her down. After a series of violent coincidences, Matthew swears to keep her safe. Unbeknownst to him, Naudia's past isn't something he can save her from.
