Planet B-21, ground zero. A Fallen and abandoned FOB(Forward Operation Base) of Humanity.

"Come on! Hurry up and copy the data! Faster!" A soldier inside the base control room said while pointing his assault rifle towards the hallway.

"I'm doing what I can! Stop bugging me! This sh*t is slower than my grandma!" The one trying to hack into the base's database replied. 

"You boys better hurry up! Looks like we won't be leaving without a scratch." A female voice said over the radio.

"Huh? Leader, don't tell me they are here already!?" The first guy, Shao Dong, asked over the radio.

"Yeah, we got quite a lot of guests so HURRY THE F*CK UP!" The female team leader, Mijin, shouted. 

"Try to buy me five minutes! I'll get it done within five minutes!" The second guy said.

"Jae, easy for you to say but I seriously doubt we will last for three." A male voice said over the radio. 

"Boss, try to think positive for once in your meaningless life! There's still five of us here! Five goddamn Mech warriors! Do you still think we can't even buy five minutes?" Another guy said over the radio.

"Ha.Ha.Ha, we will all get home in one piece and get laid with the celebrities and have a bunch of illegitimate kids! How that for a positive attitude?" He said. 

"OK he's going nuts." Another guy said.

"Yea, I can relate." The fifth guy said.

"Leave the poor fella and focus or else what he said previously might as well become a reality." Mijin said as she took her Mech's heavy machine gun out from the back. 

"You mean the 'getting laid with celebrities' part?" Jei Ming asked as he took out his Mech's melee weapon.

"No, the 'won't last for three minutes' part." She replied.

"Then I would like to make a request leader." Vice leader said. 

"Let's hear it." she said as she cocked her gun.

"If we get out of here alive, I wanna f*ck you." He said with a serious tone as he drew out the titanium katana like blade from it's sheathe. Everyone were silent for a moment and then burst into laughing. 

"Boss, you sure got balls! I'm gonna worship you as my role model from now on! HAHAHAHAHA!" Jei laughed.

"Oh man! I can't stop it! A hyena asking the lioness to f*ck? First time on history." Jaejin, the one who is trying to hack into the database of the base and copy the important data files stored by the base commander. 

"Heh, sh*t all you want! I don't give a f*ck to what kind of batsh*t you say." Mizusawa Hiroto, the Vice leader of their squad said.

"Alright, if we 'all' get out of here alive, then I'll give you a time of your life" their leader, Mijin, said with a grin on her face. They couldn't believe what they just heard. They thought that their ears started malfunctioning. She's a top class sexy babe and Hiroto is also a not-so-bad looking type. When she said she would do what he asked, they almost wanted to stab their ears and drop dead. 

"Leader! Don't give us heart attacks like that! There's a limit to jokes!" Higawa Shin said.

"It's not a lie, I mean it, if all of us can get out of here alive then I would accept his request." She said.

"Leader! This is not fair! How can only he gets to do it with you? Aren't we all pitiful?" Jaejin, their hacker who was hacking into the database said. 

"Do you think I'm that easy to get you no balls bastard? This is because he's the one with balls in the whole damn squad." Mijin replied as she took aim.

"Let's talk later when we get home, GET INTO FORMATION! 3 BY 2!" Hiroto shouted over the comms. Three of the five Mechs went forward as they drew out their melee weapons such as a sword and a scimitar like sword and the third one was Hiroto with his katana.

The three vanguard Mechs took their stance while the two at the back locked and loaded their heavy guns to cover the three. Their mission this time was to collect the important data files the previous commander of the base got on the Zergs.

Zergs, an interstellar pest species. These bugs like creatures are less intelligent than humans and other species of the galaxy, but their number is no less than the whole galaxy population. Their reproduction rate is shocking and their numbers make it difficult for the ground force to attack head on.

At one point

Zergs almost conquered half of the galaxy. If not for the joint effort of various federations, republics, empires and alliances joining hands to fight this common enemy, the galaxy would have been long lost. 

With the help of the most terrifying and destructive weapons created by humanity was this possible. The Mechs, robotic revolution of warfare. With the help of these metal giants, fighting wars with other countries as well as Zergs have been made easy. But everything has a negative effect. Wars with Mechs caused massive damages because of their powers. 

Normal soldiers can't hold a candle before Mech warriors. Tanks? They are just toys. Artillery? They sting a bit but completely destroying is a bit difficult for them but if the shells hit them precisely, then that's a different story. Air force? Even the Mechs got Areal combat types that will literally rain hell. 

"GET READY! HERE THEY COME!" Mijin shouted. Both sides clashed. The three vanguard Mechs were trying their best to hold back the army three clawed Zergs while the two at the back provided support as well as killed off the one's that tried to get past the vanguard.

Hiroto's Ronin V2 Japanese made Samurai like Mech's blade cut five Zergs for every slash he does. 

The other two weren't lagging back either, but their skills couldn't be compared to Hiroto. Two behind were firing like crazy. No matter if you aim or not, it doesn't matter in this swarm of bugs because it will hit no matter where you shoot. 

"Jaejin! How long will it take cause we are being f*cking GANGBANGED!" Shin screamed over the radio.

"I'M DOING ALL I CAN YOU DUMB D*CK! I STILL NEED TWO MINUTES! STOP WHINING AND DEFEND!" Jaejin shouted back in reply. 

"YOU BOYS BETTER SUCK IT UP AND KILL THESE DISGUSTING BUGS!" Mijin shouted them. Her heavy machine gun was mowing down the Zergs like a lawnmower. The melee team was also trying to stop the overflowing flood of Zergs but there was simply too many of them.

Even tho they were at the entrance with minimum space for those bugs to move, the zergs seemed persistent on killing them and just came at them without a care for their bug life.

The vanguard and rearguard were trying to defend with their life. No matter what, this data should reach their HQ if the humanity wants to win this battle for survival. Making a big move like mobilizing the whole army for this data is worth it but the risk is simply too high. If every single Zergs on the planet got a wind of this then the retrieval mission will fail without a doubt. 

Which is why they could only send a small squad of Mech warriors for it since it could go unnoticed by the big ones. But to their luck, the small ones smelled their presence and launched an attack. This base was heavily defended previously but it still fell under the assault of Zergs main force. 

"FINALLY GOT IT! F*CK YES!" Jaejin shouted.

"Great! Let's get the f*ck out of this hell hole!" Feng Hao, the second gunner said. The three inside the command center immediately rushed out after copying everything.

"Let's bolt! We got everything!" Shao Dong the third guy among the ones who went inside to copy the data. 

"Best thing I heard all day" Shin said.

"Alright! You three get on your Mechs, we're bolting it! Let's get to the extraction point and Jaejin, inform the ship that we are coming and send down a carrier to pick us up, ASAP!" Mijin commanded. 

The there of them bolted to the nearby exit and rappelled down from the sixth floor. After touching down, they immediately ran towards their Mechs and climbed inside.

"This is Fox guard 08, we got the data! Send in the carrier to the extraction point! We are coming in hot!" Jaejin said as he turned on the radio and his mech.

"Copy Fox guard 08, carrier inbound, ETA 1 minute." the other side replied. 

"Leader! ETA 1 minute! Let's go!" Jaejin said.

"Support! Cover for vanguard while retreating and vanguard fall back on my mark." Mijin ordered them.

"Copy." everyone replied in unison.

"3..... 2... 1.... Now!" she started firing like a madwomen and so did the other guy. The three of them who just turned on their Mechs also joined the party and rained fire.

"Vanguard! Fall back!" Hiroto said. With that, the three front line Mechs backed up with the supports providing cover fire. 

All eight Mechs hurriedly made their way out of the FOB base and made their way towards the extraction point.

The bugs were everywhere. Compared to their main force which they faced at the base entrance, these are just small fries so they just killed them without stopping and made their way towards the extraction point.

"Yes! There it is! The extraction point!" Shao Dong said.

The eight of them hurried to the point. The carrier ship was now visible to their eyes and it was descending towards them. The ship was big, big enough to accommodate eight three storey Mechs. The guns on the carrier ship began raining hell on the zergs which followed the ground team.

Suddenly, the ground began trembling. *BOOM*. A huge earthworm like Zerg with razor sharp teeth came out of the ground.

"Just our luck!" Shin cursed.

"Stop yapping and start shooting!" Hiroto said.

All eight of them started shooting at the huge Zergs. Even the melee types switched to their ranged weapons such as light assault rifles. 

"Don't let it get near the carrier or we can forget about our ticket home!" Mijin said.

The ground force focused all their firepower on the Earthworm Zerg and brought it down quick. But this had led to the three clawed Zergs advance. They tried their best to hold the point. 

The carrier finally landed and opened the bay door.

"GET IN! GET IN! GET IN! LET'S GO! COME ON!" the marine at the door shouted. The soldiers inside came out and started shooting with their rifles.

The Mechs backed up one by one inside the door while shooting. The pilots then exited their Mech and grabbed a gun and started shooting at the Zergs along with the marines. 

Everyone Mech got in except two.

"Hiroto! Get in!" Mijin said.

"Ladies first." Hiroto replied.

"This is not the time to be joking around! GET.IN.THE.CARRIER!" She shouted at him.

"Even if you spell it out for me, it won't change a thing so get inside!"

Hiroto smirked. His eyes were fully focused on the screen which showed a sea of zergs and a target circle. His gun's barrel became hot due to his restless shooting.

"Oh for f*cks sake!" she gave up and got inside. She then disembarked and then grabbed a gun as she headed towards the bay door.

Hiroto was also about to get in, but suddenly, the ground began to tremble more heavier than before. *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM*. Four more earthworm Zergs broke the ground and made an explosive entry. Everyone's face went pale. These four Zergs are more stronger and even more bigger than the previous one. They could bring down the carrier within a second.

"Boss! what the fuck are you gazing at! Get inside and let's beat it!" Jei Ming hurried him.

"Get inside Hiroto! We gotta go! Now!" Mijin ordered him. "Pilot! It's now or never! Let's go now!" the marines said. 

"Change of plans! Pilot, close the bay door and take off." Hiroto said over the general channel.

His words shocked everyone in the ship.

Jei Ming grabbed a radio from the nearby marine. "Boss, what the f*ck are yo-" Jei Ming was cut offed before he could finish.

"I'll buy you some time so that you can take off! I'll hold off the four worms so close the f*cking door!" Hiroto said as he threw the rifle and draw out his first and second katana. He merged the handle of both blades and made a single double sided blade. 

"If your going to fight then I'll join you!"Jei Ming said as he rushed to his Mech but was stopped by the marines.

"Hey! What are you doing! Let me go!" Jei Ming tried to fight but he was knocked out.

"Marine! What the hell are you doing!" Mijin was going crazy.

*drang* *drang* *drang* *drang*

The alarm started sounding and the siren near the gate began glowing as well. The bay door was closing.

"Hey! What the f*ck are you bastards doing! There is still a guy out there!" the whole squad was going crazy. 

"I'm sorry Major, but we got orders from the high command to get you all back safe, even if it means we have to lose a good soldier." The marine leader said.

"What.....You gotta be F*CKING KIDDING ME! WE ARE ABANDONING HIM! NO F*CKING WAY!" Mijin grabbed his collar. Other marines wanted to hold her back but stopped after seeing his hand. 

"You open this door right now! I don't care if we leave alive or not! We are not leaving him behind!" Mijin said in a threatening tone. The rest of their squad got their guns and pointed towards the marines inside the ship. Suddenly, the ship shook a bit.

"Please be advised, we are taking off so be seated and strap in." The carrier ship pilot announced. 

Mijin took out her pistol and pointed it towards the marines leader head.

"Open this door right now or I'm gonna blow your fucking brains." She said.

"I don-" before he could finish there was yet another announcement.

"I'm putting Lieutenant Mizusawa Hiroto through." The pilot said. He saved the marine's.

"Yo, I'm having a time of my life here! These guys don't die easy and they are really testing my patience right now! Hahaha! I just wanted to say some things, firstly Leader, you better hold on to your word because I'll be coming for you later and also tell that idiot Jei Ming to hold on to his trousers and not let go of them and tell Kuroto not to be a baby and finally.......... It was one hell of a bumpy ride with you guys, I'm proud that I got to fight along side you even if it was for a little while and lastly, please convey my last words to my family, to my fleet, 'Black sail at the start, Black sail to the end!' farewell and have a safe trip." These were the last words he said before cutting off communication.

His team tried to hold back their tears, but not all of them could do it. Mijin was the one second most suffering compared to what Jei is going through or what Kuroto would do after hearing this. 

Back on the ground, looking at the carrier ship leaving he felt a bit relief. He kicked the Earthworm Zerg and did a summersault.

"Mission accomplished, hope this data better help humanity win this meaningless war or everything till now would be useless as f*ck!" He said to himself and turned on the speaker.

"ALRIGHT YOU MOTHER F*CKERS! COME AT ME! THIS FATHER WILL SEND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU BASTARDS TO HELL PERSONALLY!" He shouted like a mad man and ran towards the Zerg army. 

The Zergs were about to shred him into pieces but they stopped. He got confused. He hit the brake. The Zergs, they looked... Afraid. The Zergs took a step back and continued backing. Even the earthworms went back into their holes. Hiroto slowly turned back and saw a huge six storey sized black beetle like Zerg with eight hands and a razor sharp claw in each hand. It looked at him with a drooling mouth. It's screeching sound was annoying to ears. 

"You guys finally managed to evolve into a huge ass beetle Mech mother f*cker huh? Not bad, 100 out of 100 in biology granted." He joked as he smirke. He turned on the self-destruction.

"Alright! Come on! Let's see what you got in the store!" He said as he dashed out like an athlete. 

The zerg looked like a beetle but a beetle with eight hands and two big legs.

The Zerg brought down it's heavy hands like a hammer. Hiroto dodged it and tried to cut off its hand but sadly it was just too strong. The Zerg's speed was below average so he can manage it, but the clock was ticking so he can't go on for long, he had to finish it fast. He tried cutting it's two legs but they were no less stronger than the arms. He backed away a bit and eyed the Zerg from top to bottom. 

He suddenly thought of an idea, a reckless one.

He dashed out like a bullet and jumped. The Zerg tried to hammer him down with its claws, but he used it's claws for footing and jumped above it.

"Sayanora sucker!" He stabbed the blade into it's head when he passed it. He regained his balance mid air and landed on the bug's back and started grinding it's head with his double edged blade. The Zerg screeched like it's the end of the world and finally fell.

"Phew, that was nerve racking, NOW WHO'S NEXT?" He shouted.

The army of three clawed Zergs came back.

"Hehehe, if I can't take you all down, I'll take you down with me!" he said as he threw his blade at the nearest Zerg.

*BOOOOOOOOM!*

His Mech exploded and wiped out the entire Zerg army. Even the ones underground were caught in the explosion. 

Everyone in the starship and the carrier ship saw it. His fight with the new type of Zerg and how he killed it. It was really a big pointer to them all. If they were to face something like this on the battle field, then they could take it down easily with this method. But above all, they could never forget the sacrifice of such a Hero.
