After standing up, Leion instantly walked to the inner part of the dungeon.

"Nolin... And yes, it was me." Said the prisoner moments before Leion stepped into his cell.

"Nolin? I-is that your name? If yes, nice to meet you, even if the circumstances are not soo pleasant... By the way, call me Leion."

Said Leion instantly and then stepped into the cell. Nolin was wearing nothing but a piece of cloth as pants. He was full of bruises, and as Leion looked at him, he could see that he had many broken and fractured bones. The cell had no furniture, so Nolin was sitting on the ground and was glaring at Leion, who, upon seeing him, was shocked. But after taking a deep breath, he sat down and looked at Nolin. 

"A hero chosen by his people... More like a tool for the people behind the scenes... Anyway, since you wanted to talk to me, spit it out; I am focusing on healing, and you are disturbing me." Said Nolin and closed his eyes.

"A tool? What do you mean? I am by no means a tool. I am an essential part of the army and in the war against that monarch!" Replied Leion and crossed his arms.

"Essential part of the army... Then tell me. Are you the strongest in the world? Are you even the strongest in your family; or land?" Interrogated Nolin.

"No... There are a few people who are much stronger than me, even if we don't count our diety and the elders! My father is much stronger than me and a better fighter, but...." Explained Leion but Nolin interrupted.

"Then why are YOU the hero and not him if he is stronger than you? Shouldn't such a title be given to someone who is the strongest and could protect the people of a nation? You are being utterly manipulated; I bet that they are keeping many secrets from you, but I do not care. Now spit it out; what do you want!" Spoke Nolin up, and for a moment, he opened his right eye but then closed it.

"Which kingdom are you from? You are strong, yet I have never heard about you! Are you perhaps another kingdom's hero who was kept a secret?" Asked Leion, and then he put his hands on his knees and slightly leaned back.

"Hah... No, I wish I could go under the radar, but no, I am not that lucky..." Siad Nolin and then paused.

"What do you mean by "go under the radar"? That is an expression I have never heard before!" Spoke up, Leion.

"That is to be expected since I am from a different world. A world which is technologically quite ahead of you but got sloppy in the area of magic. But I will not tell you about this topic anything else." Answered Nolin and finally opened his eyes, looking at Leion.

"So... Could you tell me how strong that monarch is, in your opinion?" Spoke up Leion after a short pause.

"He is at least tier eight... But that guy in armour said that he had ascended to godhood... If that is true, then all I can say is...Yes," Replied Nolin, and he hit the ground.

"Nolin... Do you think your world is willing to cooperate in order to defeat that monster?" Asked Leion.

"Don't know, and I don't care. My world is full of corrupt people who'd sell their own people for money or power. If you want to start some kind of diplomatic relations with them, I suggest you ask someone with authority from both sides... And first and foremost the worlds must be linked otherwise only a few people can travel between the two... Let me tell you something before you misunderstand me... I do not care about anything other than me, my friends and those who are close to me. If you want, you could invade my world; I wouldn't intervene unless you are in my way."

 Said Nolin with a cold tone and a cold glare. Leion gulped and started slightly sweating. Moments went by without anyone speaking; meanwhile, Leion started tapping his knees and staring at his ankles.

"I... I want to apologise for the inconvenience my men have caused you... If it is possible, I would like to have a close connection with you; I still have a lot of questions to ask you, but I am afraid I have to go," Said Leion, and he stood up, and after nodding, he left.

"At least he seems like a good guy, but now I really need to focus on healing. That fight wracked my body; even my magical circulation is almost ruined." 

Thought Nolin as he closed his eyes once again. He was in perfect silence; he even regulated his breathing. It was so quiet that he could hear his own heartbeats. After many minutes Nolin opened his eyes. He saw a young and short girl in a maid outfit sitting on the ground outside of his cell and quietly looking at him. The girl had long, straight, very light blond hair and vermillion eyes. The girl's hair was slightly covering her right eye, and she was holding a crystal which was emitting dim light. The moment she noticed that Nolin had opened his eyes, she jumped up onto her knees and started staring at the ground.

"S-sir, I am very sorry to be a disturbance in your meditation... B-but I have been ordered to help you should you need any assistance." Jabbered the girl while still staring at the ground.

"Who is she?! I couldn't even detect her... Although my current strength is diminished, if she could bypass my senses, she should be around the level of a tier one mage..." Thought Nolin.

"S-sir?" Asked the girl as Nolin didn't reply.

"Who sent you?" Said Nolin coldly.

"I-it was Sir Leion! He said that he would be back shortly, and in the meantime, I should stay here." 

Answered the girl, and she slightly raised her head, but the moment he looked at Nolin and noticed that he was glaring at her, she instantly lowered her head.
