"Do not be flustered your Majesty, the guests might not have arrived yet either. There is no point in hurrying that much." Lucy calmly talked to Feihren who was hurriedly rushing forth with the Titan Slate.
"But… The southern kingdoms should've arrived way earlier than the others, it would be possible for them to be already in the capital right at this moment!" Feihren replied as the slate kept speeding.
"Well… If you say so, your Majesty. We could have just used my 'Seraphim's Gate'." Lucy nonchalantly suggested, as the slate immediately halted…
A loud slapping sound was heard as Feihren's palm made contact with his forehead…

Wolfenstein Kingdom's castle
A grand gate suddenly appeared atop the platform of the hall where the banquet was held, breaking the expensive chair where Feihren would supposedly seat.
The people within the banquet were shocked at the sudden appearance of an unknown object
"Enemy attack!" one of the guests from the other kingdoms yelled.
The guests were suddenly on guard as they drew each of their weapons, started enchanting their spells and invoking other magic, but the guards on standby from the Wolfenstein Kingdom seems to be unbothered by all this…
"Calm yourselves down…" One of the generals of the Wolfenstein kingdom spoke as the knights, soldiers, and other officials of the Wolfenstein kingdom started kowtowing in front of the mysterious gate.
Appearing within the gate was an ominous looking dark knight, the guests gasped with cold air as the knight spoke up.
"Announcing the arrival of thy Majesty, King Feihren!"
What shocked them the most was the fact that the powerful looking knight was actually a 'gentle lady', assuming all that because of her tender yet firm voice from earlier.
Within the Seraphim's Gate, Feihren arrived a few seconds later, he has to change the 'Titan Armor' to a much more suitable dress for the occasion, preferring the 'Messiah's Robes', Feihren entered with much poise as the Lucy bowed before him.
His aura was not as 'choking' as that with the dark armored knight, but his tall figure and good looks were definitely something worth mentioning.
His posture and aura as a leader were good too, most of the representatives within the guests nodded with some satisfaction while others were acting as indifferent as they could, after all, this 'new' king was not of the proper bloodline of royalties.
It couldn't be helped that some prejudice would appear amongst these people. It would most definitely be the natural thing as the head of the representatives were either important nobles or sons and daughters of royalties.
Bowing ever so slightly, the main representatives of each of the first four kingdoms walked towards Feihren as they greeted him. Although it was a grand banquet, it had been prepared for the sole purpose of just greeting any kingdoms that would arrive earlier than others.
But as for the main part of the event, they would at least have to wait for the other half to arrive. And at which point, these would often time bore the people that arrive sooner than them.
The speech Feihren did in front of them wasn't anything special; In fact, it was more of him introducing himself and reporting about the main reason why he was actually 'late'.
"... I do apologize for arriving after you, our distinguished guests, came into this banquet, I have an important business to attend to within the Garudia Kingdom, the other 2 from the western side of the continent should be arriving soon." Feihren smiled as he clarified the situation.
"Please do enjoy the feast for tonight as it is all that we could offer for now."
"I do believe we could do something else, your Highness." the leader and representative of the Ghiharki Kingdom, Barbarian Lord Meju, suddenly spoke up as he interjected.
"... We would just be bored for this day, and besides, its way too early for the day to end, so how about we do something fun as to chug down all the food we just ate."
"And what do you propose we do?" Feihren, who was about to sit on a makeshift throne; that was hurriedly brought by one of the knights after destroying the other, turned as he heard the 'suggestion' from one of the representatives.
"How about a 'friendly' duel?" Meju immediately replied as a smile appeared on his face.
"Oh?" Feihren creased his brows as he continued, "Wouldn't that be one of the parts of the grand meeting? Our tactical exchange according to the strength of our best soldiers would be determined by some sort of a duel remember?" Feihren questioned as he glances at one of his general, that replied with a nodding expression, agreeing to what he just had mentioned.
"I don't mean the soldiers we have though. Pft, the quality of one is the quality of many, and as for the fact that you are someone new… I supposed you aren't tested that much yet? You look too young to be a king…" Barbarian Lord Meju arrogantly replied as he drew his ax, pointing it towards Feihren.
"How about we have a little duel ourselves?"
The soldiers of the Wolfenstein kingdom held the hilts of their swords as they were about to draw their weapons, "Insolence!" Lucy spoke in an angry yet low tone as she walked towards Meju.
Feihren casually raised his hands as to dismiss the commotion, stopping Lucy from moving any further as the soldier calmed themselves… It seems that their king has come to a conclusion and has decided something…
In truth, these people weren't even afraid about the safety of their king, they were just about to 'defend' him from being insulted and looked down upon, but as for any 'contests of strength'? The officials and the soldiers started inwardly laughing, some could not even hold it any longer as they were actually tapping their legs from laughter.
The moment Meju pointed his ax, the other representatives weren't even shocked, some even nodded in agreement to this proposition.
The Ghiharki Kingdom was known to be barbaric, yet that alone is what made them strong and formidable; They were merciless and would only listen to the powerful. The kingdom was basically a 'dog eats dog world'.
But the sudden laughter from the Wolfenstein soldiers baffled them…
Feihren spoke up as he placed his hands down…
"Wouldn't that be a little troublesome?" Feihren inquired as he smiles towards Meju.
"And why would it be, your Highness? After all, it's just a friendly duel, just to grind the food down, you know what I mean?" Meju mockingly replied as he glanced at the other 3 representatives.
"You all agree with me, right?"
"Well, it would be best to know someone through his combat ability, although not all kings might be able to put up a fight, it would be a shame to have the Wolfenstein kingdom, a powerful military kingdom, to be led by some desk-hugger." the effeminate looking representative from Vulieton replied.
Feihren opened his eyes from all the 'thinking' about the proposal of these leaders."Hmmm sure. I'd ask if who's up first, but it seems that you're ready to go? Where were you from again? Ghiharki? Ah… then it's fine…

Let's play."
