RLB has entered into a personal relationship with a property owner.
Attributes of the property:
1)existing 800 yard range
2)one mile range *available* if all other ranges are shut down for special purpose.
3)multiple handgun ranges
4)unlimited camping opportunity
5)shotgun skeet range available
6)state game-lands nearby
7)gigantic fishing hole local
8)property owner owns and runs the bait shop for #7
9)small river not far away
The owner has a problem with:
deer.
groundhogs.
wild pigs.
raccoon's.
possums.
blackbirds.
coyotes.
Note: frog swamp available, pepper shot loads only.
Special notes:

The property owner has a wife and two male children.
These four people are to treated with the *utmost* respect, for obvious reasons, in all possible ways.
We *will* make these people "happy" with our presence.
The main idea, is for us to have a *small* RLB-fest, on site!
This initial fest will be, sadly, by "invitation only".
You will be expected to participate in some small work while having fun and enjoying yourself.
This work will be to develop the site.
If all goes well? This site will become the future, and possibly permanent home, of all future RLB-fests.
If all goes *extremely* well, and it had better go perfectly… long standing RLB members will have yearly access to the property.
During this initial phase of this joint project, you will understand the need for "by invitation only".
To APPLY to be chosen for a part in this groundbreaking and important RLB development, to be a part of the initial phase, please email member "Speedy" at his personal site account.

Do not get butt-hurt if you are not chosen.
If, and *only* if, you are chosen to participate in this early phase, be aware that SPEEDY will have any and all authority over *all* of your actions.
PS - Speedy is in charge of all matters. If anyone disagrees with any of Speedy's decisions, your only recourse will be to fill out a "butt-hurt assessment" form. After filling out your butt-hurt assessment form? It will be properly and publicly reviewed on-line here, then absolutely nothing will be done about it.
In other words? *Speedy* is in charge. Period.
If Speedy is not available on site?
Whoever Speedy says so, will then be in charge.
Butt-hurt forms will be available in real life, on site… but, nothing at all will come out of filling out the form.
